The Coronavirus Disease emerged on December 2019 in Wuhan, Mainland China. It was believed to be a 'normal flu' until January 2020 when the pandemic started to spread over Mainland China and some parts of Asia. This alarmed many governments as none were prepared to encounter this. This is when all of what we are experiencing now started.

Businesses

Since this pandemic started, many companies have experienced difficulties in paying wages to their workers. This occurs in most companies where businesses that are affected by the disease take place such as aviation, travel agencies, hotel booking and many other related companies.

Economy

How has this virus affect the economy? The disease's stimulus could sink the economy says a Bangkok Post's news reporter. Many governments such as the Thai government has done many things to help the economy revive for example rolling out stimulus packages, typically consisting of cash handout monthly, wage compensation and concessional loans.

Environment

It could be a good thing that the Earth's ozone layer is slowly reviving itself. As the pollution decreases dramatically in many countries such as China and Russia, CO2 levels in the Greenhouse layer decreases meaning that less heat gets insulated. We could be heading in a good direction in terms of Environmental factors.

Measurements

We have all heard the term 'measurements'. Obviously many measurements were taken to ensure that the disease was under control. This included:

- Social Distancing

- 14 days Quarantine

- Wearing facial Masks

- Avoid travelling

The virus also has impacts on many schools. Schools that are fortunate enough are able to provide their students with online learning. But what about those who are not as fortunate? Hopefully when a vaccine is discovered, every school will reopen and students will be caught up with any content they have missed.
